He is specializing in aviation law, customs, taxation, and SECP-related matters. Since joining the firm in October 2018, he has played a crucial role in managing complex litigation cases that span across various legal domains. His expertise includes handling cases related to aviation law, where he provides legal counsel to aviation companies on regulatory compliance, operations, and contractual issues. Additionally, Sandeep’s work in customs and taxation involves advising clients on trade regulations, import/export issues, and tax-related disputes. He also handles matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), particularly in the context of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
